This policy explains how ducseo.com ("this website") collects and uses your personal information. This website is run by Todd, the author of the Ducseo project.

## What we collect

**Information you submit**: name, email, company, country, phone, message and attachments sent through the inquiry form, as shown on the form.

**Recorded automatically**: when you submit a form, the system records the page you were on, the referrer, UTM parameters, the country derived from your IP address, browser language and device type. The IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, used against spam and abuse; the raw IP is not stored.

**Bot protection**: forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; that data is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy.

## Why

Only to answer your inquiry, send quotes and provide services, and to understand which pages and channels inquiries come from. We do not sell your personal information and do not send automated marketing emails to you.

## Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in this website's Cloudflare D1 database and attachments in a private Cloudflare R2 folder. Notification emails about new inquiries are sent to Todd through an email provider. These providers' servers may be located outside your country.

## How long

Inquiries are kept until they are no longer needed for the conversation or the work, or until you ask us to delete them.

## Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If analytics that need cookies are added later, a consent banner will ask you first and nothing loads until you agree.

## Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Use the form on the [contact page](/contact/) and give the email address you used for your inquiry.

## Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
