Ducseo charges only for the services above. The website runs in your own account, so these third-party costs are paid by you directly to each provider:

Why setup is so cheap
The code is written once and every client runs the same version; new sites, deployment and upgrades are scripted, so a setup is mostly configuration and training. Ducseo earns mainly from SEO and GEO services; the website is the way in, not the profit.
How the launch price works
The first 20 paying clients pay ¥999 for setup; after that it is ¥1,999. Clients who have paid are not affected by later price changes, and free upgrades still apply.
Pricing questions
What does the ¥4,999 yearly fee include?
One year of advisory: ask whenever you get stuck using the AI agent for copy, product pages or translations; SEO and GEO diagnosis and strategy; advice on planning and producing content. It is separate from the website, which keeps running and upgrading if you do not renew.
Do I still get upgrades without the yearly fee?
Yes. Upgrades are part of the setup fee, for life. New features, blocks, designs and security fixes are deployed to your site whether or not you pay the yearly fee.
How much is on-site installation?
¥500 on top of the setup fee, plus travel costs. Ask through the inquiry form to confirm city and date.
Why is content writing not priced up front?
Product counts, languages and how complete your material is vary too much for one price. You complete the material checklist, then the job is quoted per deliverable (pages, products, languages) with revision rounds written into the contract.
How is link building priced?
Per link, from a price list; the price depends on the site and the industry. Tell us your industry and target markets through the inquiry form and Todd will send the matching list.
Do I get the source code?
No. You own the deployed website in your own Cloudflare account and all of its data; content, images and inquiries can be exported and backed up.
