SEO for manufacturers: get the technical base right, then content and links

Many export websites stall not for lack of content but because the base is broken: mixed-up languages, a misleading sitemap, duplicate pages, slow pages. Ducseo builds technical SEO into the code; what remains is content and links.

Three layers

The three layers of SEO, and who handles each

  • Technical SEO: built in

Included in every Ducseo site, with no plugins and no extra fee. The full list is below.

  • Content: AI plus advisory, or done for you

Write it yourself with your AI agent and ask the AI advisory when stuck, or have Todd write it as a quoted project.

  • Links: from a price list

Links and overseas media placements chosen by industry and target keyword, priced per link, list sent on request.

Technical SEO in every Ducseo site

  • Languages: separate URLs and slugs per language, hreflang (with x-default) and <html lang> generated automatically; untranslated content is never padded with the default language, so there is no duplicate content.
  • Sitemap: split by type and language; lastmod is the real last change to the page's content — restyling or reordering does not count. Google ignores a whole site's lastmod once it finds it unreliable.
  • Structured data: Organization, WebSite (with site search), BreadcrumbList, Product, FAQPage, BlogPosting, VideoObject.
  • Indexing control: lowercase, trailing-slash canonical URLs; an indexing switch per language, applied the same way in robots meta, sitemap and hreflang.
  • Migration: bulk-imported 301 redirects and a 404 log of missed old URLs.
  • Push indexing: IndexNow notifies Bing and others when content is published.
  • Speed: zero JavaScript by default, responsive lazy-loaded images, self-hosted fonts, HTML cached at the edge.
  • SEO report: lists missing or duplicate titles and descriptions, thin pages, missing alt text, broken internal links and untranslated content; the AI can fix them one by one.

What we never promise

Rankings, traffic or a number of inquiries. Rankings depend on competition, content and links, and anyone guaranteeing page one deserves caution. What we can promise: the technical side will not hold you back, and the advice comes from 15 years of hands-on work.

How we work

SEO for an export website, step by step

  1. 01

    Keywords and page plan

Main keywords for categories, products and articles based on how buyers search: one page, one keyword.

  2. 02

    Content

Category buying guides, product specs and FAQs, and industry articles, written by AI and checked by people.

  3. 03

    Technical check

After launch and upgrades, a script checks canonicals, the sitemap and indexability; the site goes to Search Console.

  4. 04

    Links and outreach

Industry-relevant links and overseas media placements that build brand and authority over time.

SEO questions

How long until Google indexes a new export website?

Once the sitemap is submitted in Google Search Console, indexing usually starts within days to a few weeks. Being indexed is not ranking; steady organic traffic usually takes several months.

Can SEO work with only a few products?

Yes. With few products, make each product and category page thorough — full spec tables, applications, buyer FAQs — and use the blog to answer the questions buyers search before they order.

Will buying links get my site penalized?

Low-quality, bulk or off-topic links are risky. Ducseo offers links and media placements chosen for industry relevance and brand exposure; the approach is explained with the quote.

Can you do SEO for a site that is not on Ducseo?

Link building and SEO advice work with any website system. Technical fixes that need code changes, however, have to be made by that site's developer.
